Refund policy


All returned products must be in new condition.

The time allowed for the request for authorisation of exchange or return is 10 days from the date of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original packaging.

To exchange or return a product, you must complete an Exchange or Return Authorization Application in the appropriate section of the site. You will then get a RGA authorization number and a return address. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of this RGA authorization number. Must be included with the return: a copy of the RGA and a copy of the original invoice.

Returns must be sent prepaid with the service of your choice. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns must be sent in their original packaging with all pieces.

Maxinn will pay the return fee if:

- the wrong product has been sent;

- the product was defective;

- the product has been damaged during transport;

- the product was mislabelled.

In these specific cases, Maxinn will email you the procedure to follow.


The refund may take up to 30 days after receipt of the product.
The return conditions listed above must be met to receive a refund. If these conditions are not met, the products will be returned to you port due.
